We also collect Personal Information from a variety of sources, including from third-party service providers (e.g., social media providers, payment processors, analytics providers, search engines), from our affiliates, and from publicly available sources.

The Company follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information. Some of this information may be considered "Personal Information" under applicable law, although it does not identify you individually.

We use and disclose the Personal Information we collect in various ways, including to:

We do not sell your Personal Information or transfer Personal Information to third parties to use for their own benefit; however, we allow certain of our third-party service providers to place tracking technologies like cookies and tags on our Platform. Those companies receive information about your interaction with our Platform that is associated with your browser or device and may use that data to serve you relevant ads on websites or services where they perform such activities. In order to respond to customer inquiries, we retain transactional data for as long as you maintain an account with us. When we no longer need the Personal Information we collect, we either anonymize the information upon your request or securely destroy the information, unless we are legally required to retain it.

We are a United States business and the Platform is operated in the United States.
